We work from an integrative, person-centered approach. Within this model, we support each client while taking into account that every person has their own pace- no two people are the same.
The therapeutic teamwork between therapist and client is aimed at helping the person achieve a more fulfilling life, aligned with theiir personal needs and values. Throughout the therapeutic process, we work to help the person understand the difficult situation they are going whrough, in order to support a change process oriented toward well-being.
